What is not included
I would rather you know this before you pay than after.
- I do not review your CV or motivation letter individually. You get the templates and a guide that teaches you to review them yourself. That is deliberate: it keeps this at $10 instead of agency prices, and it means you learn to check your own work.
- I do not place you with an employer. I show you where the openings are and how to apply. The applying is yours.
- I do not guarantee a visa, a training place, or a job. Nobody honestly can. Anyone who does is selling you something else.
- I do not submit applications or visa forms for you, and I never ask for your passport, your documents or your login details.
- This is not legal or immigration advice. It is a documented process from someone going through it, with official sources cited so you can verify everything.
If what you want is someone to handle it all for you, you want an agency, and you should expect to pay agency prices. This is the other option: you do the work, with a map.
Why $10 and not €3,000
Placement agencies for German nursing training routinely charge applicants thousands of euros. Some of them earn it. Many charge for a list of employers and a CV template — things that cost nothing to reproduce and should not cost you a year’s savings.
The only real difference between someone who gets a place and someone who does not is usually information and sequencing: knowing that certificate assessment takes months, that the school may want B2 when the visa wants B1, that the embassy queue is the long pole. That information is worth paying a little for. It is not worth paying three thousand euros for.

Questions before you join
Do I need German already to join?
No. Plenty of members are still at A2 or B1. The employer research, the document assessment and the paperwork can all be started before your German is finished — in fact, starting them early is most of the advantage.
Will you look at my CV?
Not individually. You get a template and a self-review guide that walks you through checking it line by line. You can also ask questions in the community, where other members and I answer in the open so everyone benefits from the answer.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from inside your account. It is a monthly subscription with no minimum term.
Is this only for people in Africa?
No. The process is the same wherever you apply from — what changes is your embassy, your certificate assessment body and your document legalisation route. The site is in English and French because that is where most of the readers are.
What if I already have a nursing qualification?
Then the recognition route (Anerkennung) is probably faster for you than retraining from scratch. Some of that material overlaps, but the community is built around the Ausbildung route — join with that in mind.
