These terms apply to the paid Nursing in Germany Guided Journey membership. They do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
1. Your contracting party

2. What membership provides
The membership provides access to a 13-stage written course, practical tasks, private progress reviews and the member discussion space. Topics include employer research, documents, applications, interviews, visa preparation and arrival in Germany. The offer shown before checkout identifies the available content and language versions.
Stages open after review of the previous task. Approval means that a course task is ready to progress; it is not approval of your application by an employer, school or authority. Membership does not include job placement, a guaranteed interview, admission, a visa, legal representation or a recognised nursing qualification.
3. Price and recurring payment
The total price is €19.99 per month, payable in advance in EUR. No VAT is charged or separately shown under § 19 UStG. There is no joining fee or free trial in this offer. Membership renews monthly until cancelled. The checkout displays the amount and payment frequency before you confirm a paid order.
Payments are handled through Stripe. Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Never send payment-card details by email or in course submissions.
4. Ordering and access
Review the offer and these terms before proceeding to Stripe Checkout. You can correct your details or leave checkout before submitting the paid order. A contract is concluded when your order is accepted and successful payment is confirmed. Follow the registration instructions provided after payment to create or activate your member account. Keep your confirmation email and a copy of these terms.
Access requires an internet connection, a current browser and a personal email address. You are responsible for keeping your password private. Accounts are for individual use; course materials may not be resold or publicly redistributed. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
5. Cancelling your membership
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time, effective at the end of the current paid billing period. To stop the next renewal, cancel before that renewal date. Cancelling future renewals does not automatically refund a period already paid. Your statutory withdrawal rights, rights concerning defective services and the right to terminate for good cause remain unaffected.
How to cancel: use the button „Verträge hier kündigen“ at the bottom of every page, or go directly to nursingingermany.com/cancel/. You do not need to sign in. Enter your name and the email address of your membership, choose the type and time of cancellation and press „Jetzt kündigen“. You will immediately receive a confirmation by email showing the content of your cancellation, the date and time we received it and when your membership ends. You can also print or save the confirmation page. You may still cancel by email to info@nursingingermany.com or by post. You do not need to give a reason for an ordinary cancellation. Do not send payment-card details.
Deutsch (Kurzfassung): Sie können Ihre Mitgliedschaft jederzeit zum Ende des laufenden bezahlten Abrechnungszeitraums kündigen, ohne Anmeldung, über die Schaltfläche „Verträge hier kündigen“ am Ende jeder Seite oder direkt unter nursingingermany.com/cancel/. Sie erhalten sofort eine Bestätigung in Textform per E-Mail.
6. Withdrawal rights
Consumers have statutory withdrawal rights. Read the withdrawal information and model form. Cancelling future renewals and withdrawing from the original purchase are different actions. Merely opening the course does not automatically remove your withdrawal rights.
7. Reviews, community and privacy
Use the private course submission area for progress updates. Remove names, addresses, identification numbers and other private details from evidence. Do not upload full passports, bank statements, medical records or passwords. Discussion posts are visible within the member discussion space; private course submissions are not published there.
Keep discussions respectful and do not post unlawful content or another person’s private information. Access restrictions must be proportionate to the issue; mandatory contractual and refund rights remain unaffected. See the privacy policy for processing information.
8. Problems, changes and statutory rights
Report access, billing or content problems to info@nursingingermany.com. Your statutory rights concerning defects, non-performance and liability remain unaffected. These terms do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or other mandatory liability.
The agreed price and essential features are not changed retrospectively by updating this page. Any proposed contractual change will be communicated separately and requires the procedure and rights applicable to that change.
9. Applicable law
German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. No exclusive court venue is imposed on consumers by these terms.
