Does opening this page cancel my subscription?
No. You must use the cancellation control and complete its confirmation steps.
Will I be charged again after cancelling?
Once cancellation has been confirmed, future renewals for that subscription stop. Review the resulting status and any confirmation for timing. A payment already processed is separate from a future renewal.
Does cancellation automatically refund my payment?
No. Cancellation and a refund are separate actions.
Why can’t I see a cancellation button?
You may be signed out, using a different member account, or have no active subscription linked to that account. Sign in with the email used at checkout and check the subscription panel, or cancel without signing in at Verträge hier kündigen.
Can I still use the free resources?
Yes. The public employer directory and free application, visa and arrival guides remain available without a paid membership.
