Your right to withdraw
You may withdraw from your membership contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded, subject to the statutory rules on receiving the required withdrawal information.
To withdraw, send a clear statement of your decision to Martin Fru Chi, Nursing in Germany, Johannesstr. 15, 66763 Dillingen/Saar, Germany, email info@nursingingermany.com. You may use the model below, but you do not have to. Sending your declaration before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
What happens after withdrawal
We will reimburse payments covered by the withdrawal without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your declaration. We use the same payment method as the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise, without charging a reimbursement fee.
If you expressly requested that a service start during the withdrawal period, payment for the part already performed can only be required where the statutory conditions, including proper advance information, have been met. No compensation is payable for digital content in the circumstances covered by § 357a(3) BGB.
Course access and your rights
Merely signing in or opening a lesson does not automatically waive your withdrawal rights. Any early expiry of withdrawal rights would require the separate conditions prescribed by law; these terms do not impose a blanket waiver.

Withdrawal or cancellation?
Withdrawal concerns the purchase and its statutory reversal. Ordinary subscription cancellation stops future renewals for the applicable termination date. To cancel future renewals, use the button „Verträge hier kündigen“ (no login needed) or send a clear cancellation declaration to info@nursingingermany.com. Opening a page alone does not submit either declaration.
